Returns Our policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery of the product to you. If 10 days have gone by since the receipt of goods by you, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You have to intimate us about the reason for return through email within 1 day of receipt of the goods and return the goods timely to reach us in the specified time period as mentioned above. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Cancellation Policy The customer can cancel the order for the product till Glein Pharma., ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and service and these may need to be cancelled. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.
